Phantasy Star Online was once considered for Sega All Stars Racing Transformed, but Galactic Parade from Sonic Colors took its place. There's a post on the steam forum from a sumo employee about that
I'm not good at vehicle design but this is what I could imagine what it'd be like, starting from Pioneer 2 and taking the warp through the forest and mine environments and the kart if any could be Rupika (the default FOnewearl)
also fans wanted miku
