DID SOMEONE SAY MOTH?! Finally another reason to crawl out of the woodwork and post. This is one of my few encounters with the Cecropia Moth. The largest in North American and 4th largest in the world, these beautiful moths have a wingspan of 8.5 inches across. Despite their size this species does not eat at all in the adult stage and only lives for about a week.
I forget who posted Mothjon a few posts ago but I love the new addition to the Joniverse and hope to see more. If not that's fine too, I still love the character.
