Gonna try and keep this short. The story goes that I gave the party an in game item that was a piece of metal that could assemble itself into the form of a little dragon, and I made a drawing to help the players visualize it. They loved it so much they gave her a name, Jewel, and made her the party mascot. So logically since I’m pretty good with woodcraft, I decided that a physical version would be a perfect gift for the party.

To answer some of the previous questions:
She is quite flexible; most of her joints can rotate up until they collide with a screw.
As for painting the screws black... it didn’t even think about that. xD
Definitely going to keep that in mind for the future, though I want to try making it with magnets next. However I have to finish my folding dice box first >___>
