Here's a concept for my idea of what Sunkern and Sunflora would look like in Gensokyo. It's lackluster and I'm hoping others will draw it better.

National #191: Sunkern (Touhou Form)
Seed Pokémon
Type: Grass/Fairy
Abilities
Naturalize: Normal-Type moves become Grass-Type moves. The power of these moves is boosted a little.
Drought: Turns the sunlight harsh when the Pokémon enters in battle. (Hidden Ability)
It often tries to stay buried in the ground to ensure it's evolution. Unfortunately for it, most humans, bird youkai and bird Pokémon will often scavenge around for Sunkern, as they make for delicious snacks.
Evolution: Evolves into Sunflora (Touhou Form) with a Sun Stone
Base Stats
HP: 10
Attack: 45
Defense: 10
Sp. Atk: 60
Sp. Def: 10
Speed: 45
Total: 180

National #192: Sunflora (Touhou Form)
Sun Pokémon
Type: Grass/Fairy
Abilities
Naturalize: Normal-Type moves become Grass-Type moves. The power of these moves is boosted a little.
Drought: Turns the sunlight harsh when the Pokémon enters in battle.
Dex Entry: Sunflora in Gensokyo grow up to be around 60 Feet Tall, making them rather easy to point out. Though found to be very frail, it's evoulution has granted it immense magical powers said to be matched by average youkai.
Evolution: Evolves from Sunkern (Touhou Form) with a Sun Stone.
Base Stats
HP: 44
Attack: 66
Defense: 40
Sp. Atk: 170
Sp. Def: 40
Speed: 80
Total: 440

Fun Fact about Touhou Form Sunflora: All of it's base stats either contain the number 4 or it's numbers add up to a number 4, as 4 is the the game that Yuuka Kazami appears in, who happens to be associated with sunflowers.
