Since Knight rider was played, here's my two favorite cars that have a mind of their own, K.I.T.T. and Herbie. Speaking of Herbie, his design has caused one of my worst pet peeves. Most people assume that his paint is white. That's not the case. He is a very pale off-white/eggshell, which most people don't realize when doing replicas. The stripe, however, is white, which makes it a bit infuriating to make on games like forza.
Also I very much want to get the car version of the amazon echo so I can essentially have my own K.I.T.T., but there isn't a male voice mode for it, so it wouldn't be as good.
