so Cool_AL in the chat said "where in the world is bowser sandiego" and the rest is... history. badum tish.
made it "where in time" because i vaguely remember one of the carmen sandiego cd-rom games was called that and more or less the exact plot of mario's time machine with her stealing famous historical stuff that needed to go back to their proper periods. go figure.

Not the weirdest Carmen Sandiego crossover I've seen. Remember when Carmen met the ClueFinders in that Mystery Mansion game?
