Sorry to be a downer but want to share this with someone who isn't my family and get some advice. So on friday my pet cat of 10 years passed away in his sleep and i've not been doing great emotionally if you can think of anything to help i'd appreciate it currently i've just been trying to do things to keep my mind off of him not being here.
