I had to call it a bit early on wednesday, and woke up to my bestie yelling at me that Rhapsody was rolled almost immediately after I went to sleep (though it was obviously too long a start to play).
I instantly knew what I had to do. So here's Jonet and Kurosa, about to start their magical, musical quest.
Rhapsody was one of my earliest jrpgs, and I have a ton of love and nostalgia for the game (it was actually my pick for game clearing this year). It definitely suffers from a lot of Extremely 90s Dialogue/tropes, and dungeon recoloring, but it's still a fun time, and it has a lot of cheesy charm, and of course the delightfully silly musical numbers. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone that enjoys that sort of thing.
Bonus fun fact for NIS/Disgaea fans: Rhapsody is the first appearance of a recurring series character, Marjoly (Rhapsody's main antagonist), as well as the origin of the Rosenqueen store.

Me, as soon as cookie started tonight: Haha, what if Jon rolled Rhapsody again.
AND THEN YOU DID. Now this actually fits for the night.
