I don't even know what to call this Rosajon design. I guess date night or party dress since I was originally going to draw something for Valentine's Day but ended up going for a fancier and mature vibe. I tried experimenting with new brushes, lighting and also glass. It turns out, Glass is Ass to draw. Hopefully the lighting doesn't look too bad.
