(I never thought i would make actually good 2D art here)
I play genshin impact way to much, so here's my idea of what weapon Rosa would use if she was in the game (I don't know why but I imagine everyone using a polearm/spear), it would make way more sense for her to use a catalyst which is just magic, but who cares not me
