When The Runaway War was in full swing the Porcelain Alliance teamed up with the Celestial Star bits. Their team up lead to a sharing of training, weapons, and technology. One of the things given to the Alliance was rocket technology and thus led to the creation of the 4-Ply rocket trucks. Accompanied by a trusty Yosh Spotter, these refitted delivery trucks will rain down high explosive ordinance and toilet paper.

(edit* sorry for the animation error something happened to the layer, same thing that happened with Jons nation's gunship, still trying to work out the bugs in photoshop)
