Motivation HO! Today's Vtuber dress up is Pastelle Jon as Rosemi Lovelock a gamer rose from Nijisanj, she is a self-proclaimed queen of Tekken 7(her main is Noctis) and introvert. She seems to be a good fit both design and personality wise.
