Hi Jon, and welcome back,
While you were on vacation, I started to work on costumes for my story. In the process, I decided to make one for Rosa. Though I think this note from Lila and Lily explains it in more detail.

[Costume Specifications: Rosa [Dream Preformer]
Rosa, someone who is often associated with the stars deserves a costume fitting one who shines bright. Thus a dress/jacket combo was chosen, similar to what a pop star or idol would wear. in addition to her association with ice, an aesthetic similar to an aurora borealis was chosen. To allow her to use magic in the dream worlds, a white Dreamcite was placed in her broach. Allowing her to use ice magic. We do hope that she will appreciate it.
