So I think this is the fastest I've ever done a garment flat, but here's a general Idea for a possible merch bra. Pretty much this would be a regular t-shirt style bra, probably using a similar printing method to the hoodies to print the star. The strap clasp on the back would probably be some sort of injection molded thing with the clips molded into it. The rest is just standard bra construction.
