Here's said reference I mentioned in the last post.
My direction with this one was on an Ace Trainer bc it could be funny the irony lol. Went a different direction by giving you red over blue since that's one of your favorite colors and of could wanted to bring back the touque. I'm not really experienced with designing outfits for guys but maybe I'm just overthinking it.

As for your team, so far I have your boi Jolteon of course as your main, Hawlucha and Toxtricity I know you liked those bc someone asked before and you said those (last time I checked lol), I don't know your opinion in these next ones but there's Torracat with one eye to reference Bagel, Shiny Mega Gardevoir to reference Rosajon, and Hydreigon to reference... I don't think I have to say it. Oh, and because of egg, you hatched a Togepi :D
