I’ve been waiting to do this! I figured this year I’d do my own take of a RosaJon cosplay since I got the stuff for it (with help from community members). Wearing a cosplay wig is an…experience to say the least; this was my first time with a wig at all. And as much as I wanted to be sly about it, I found someone who knows of you based on the hoodie alone. What are the odds. LOL
Also… I guess this is me coming out too? I’ve realized that being a girl is who I truly am, and if I’m brave enough to do this today, I can be myself any day. …Maybe with boobs next time; today it was too much effort for me LOL
I’ve actually been trans for over a year and a half and been “experimenting” with my appearance that entire time. So today I’m making my identity… slightly more public! I’m happy this community is so accepting and supportive, or else I wouldn’t be like I am now. I’m still on the process of learning everything, but what I know now is that I finally felt like myself as soon as I internalized this.
And for those who saw this in advance, THANK YOU YOU’RE MAKING BE BLUSHU >u<‘ I was mainly afraid of showing my face, but you can barely see it in this photo. Otherwise, I really do feel like I pulled it off.
