Had the urge to draw this over the weekend, especially since it's been a bit since I've drawn art for the community.
I guess this is moreso Rosa dressing in a Battle Network-style outfit than a full-on alt-Rosa? (as I'm not the first with this idea)


I didn't notice The Elicitor's art post here on the booru (below) until I was most the way through this. Otherwise I probably would've tried to make it closer to their design instead. Apologies!
