There is a long story behind this. I will try to keep it short.
In 1997, McDonalds Australia (and New Zealand) released an advergame called "Adventures Through McDonaldland", and that was part of Little Nasue's world. One of the regions in the game is "Back-to-Front Land", described as "the craziest land of them all", and in that region Ronald looks... somewhat back-to-front in a very cursed manner.
How could I NOT combine that with Rosa McJonald? Now I get to inflict a cursed part of my childhood on all of you! :D
