A rare double post from me, but I needed to decompress and distract myself tonight, so here's this.
From one Syndicate to another we have Tingtang Clan Jon. These guys are one of three Clans that set up shop in one of the many casinos in J District alongside Los Mariachis and the Tieqiu Clan. The Tingtang Clan are known for taking people's cars in bets and then "impounding" them in Car Pagodas (it's just a stack of cars) and shaking down the locals for "taxes".
