The aforementioned Cherry in a HydraJon kigurumi.
So basically the context is that in a dream I'd booted up a Beat Em Up game on the Neo Geo and I saw this as one of the playable characters, a brown haired girl in a baggy kigurumi that resembled HydraJon, her eyes were obscured in her sprite and icon, the game didn't tell me her name but it's not a far off assumption to make.
She fought by punching with the dragon heads and could even shoot fireballs
