Another Jon with a canon cameo, it's Twinhook Jon, lackey of Captain Hook! Also, an unfriendly face...
The Twinhook Pirates, a seafaring Syndicate if The Great Lake, subservient to Captain Hook and subsidiary of The Middle, Third of the Five Fingers.
The Middle's thing is intense family-like loyalty (think Russian mafia), to the point you slight ONE member, and the ENTIRE section will be after you *for the rest of your probably very short life* until they feel you are absolved of your sin. The Middle ALWAYS remembers.
The Twinhooks deal in kidnapping and extortion, normal City shenanigans.
Let's just hope Big Brother doesn't see Jon's distaste in him, if he values his other eye...
