I didnt have any intentions making Mal as a part of TRGnD, but this idea ran through my head in work and I wanted to see if it could work. There’s a term in DnD where the DM makes their own PC to accompany the party, this is called a DMPC. I thought it would be fitting for Mal to be this DMPC, she’s simply a human artist who follows the party in secret. When a new session begins, Mal will be there talking directly to the players with a recap of the last session with hand painted storyboards to go along with it. I haven't thought of a DnD name for her yet so maybe you guys can help me with that.
