Ok, for real this time, the last of the "Jons of the City", to be his client's Shield, it's Zwei South Section 6 Director Jon, and Associate Fixer Tom!
Zwei Association, what amounts to the police force and civil protection of the City. Their creed is to be "Your Shield". They're in charge of taking care of "petty" threats like Rats, low level Syndicates, or are just average bodyguards for hire. All in all, these guys basically take care of anything not covered by the Liu (warfare), the Cinq (duels), or the Seven (investigation). It's not uncommon to hire a Zwei member just to patrol your streets to "keep the peace".
