Jon said he would have shape shift as a power. And this is where my mind went. It goes in rainbow color order. Jon to cat to Butterfree to Mikey (my favorite TMNT character as well) to Salamence (my favorite Dragon type Pokemon) to Electron Jen to RosaJon.
