Here's some fun facts: Guy Kazama is voiced by Akira Kamiya in the Japanese version, who's also known for voicing Kenshiro in the Fist of the North Star anime. Several other characters in the game are also voiced by HNK voice actors, too:

Dr. Garcia was voiced by Banjo Ginga, the voice of Souther
Dr. Leonard and Colonel Kadat were voiced by the late Koji Totani, the voice of Jagi
Colonel Dark was voiced by the late Daisuke Gori, the voice of Uighur, Zeed, and several minor villains (and also the voice of Hercule/Mr. Satan in Dragon Ball)
and finally, Chairman Steve is voiced by Masato Hirano, who voiced Garou.

Guy Kazama also wears a tuxedo later on in the game, which makes him resemble Ryo Saeba from the series "City Hunter," who is also voiced by Akira Kamiya. The more you know!
