Since you're playing with Crowd Control. I "tried" drawing what CC would be as a actual entity in Mario like how I did with Pokemon.
It's the Queen of Chaos, with the viewers right behind her. She asks only for a small payment to make someone go crazy.
(Yes I'm aware the Shadow Queen isn't in 64. I couldn't think of anything from 64 personally, and it seemed cooler than whatever is in 64.)
