One of my favorite moment from the 1960s TV cartoon. And this is Popeye *without* eating spinach! (At least, we didn't see him eating it, but there's no implication he plan to eat one either so take it what you will)

For context. Popeye is trying to sell newspapers at Puddleberg, the laziest town on Earth. One of his idea is building a school so people can read his newspapers. But the big bully guys came up to destroy the school so no one at the town will be smart enough to not afraid of them. (Smart idea for a bullies, huh?) Popeye's response to Olive? "Well, I'll show the people of Puddleburk, that even a womin can stand up againsk big bullies." Which followed by this gif.

Also, I'm not sure if that guy actually said "belt" it's a bit hard to figure the word. So here's the video for you to judge!
