Not sure if Bionicles count as model kits, but this is one that I remember taking the longest for me to set up and one of my absolute favourites. Toa Ignika and his crazy hoverboard. This is one of the Titan sets that they have, which are the bigger Bionicle figures, so there was I believe 150+ parts for it.
