Some stuff happened on the art discord that led to this idea for another villain for the Joniverse. This is Dr. Weewee. He has no backstory yet, but I mentioned that the name (and some of the conversation) got me thinking of a merged version of two early designs for Dr. Weil from Mega Man Zero. Then someone challenged me to draw that, and I had to do it at that point.
If you haven't seen Dr. Weil's early designs, do go look them up on your own time. One of them was basically a Death Egg with hair and a beard.
