A little blurred when enlarged but I was waiting hopefully for a mention of Snake in this game and now that I've heard it I now have a reason to post this. This is a Tentacled Snake. They spend most of their life in the water and stay in a J shape like this when hunting. The ywait for a fish to enter the J, twitch their body to spook the fish, and then strike to catch the prey. This whole process takes place in mere milliseconds, one of the fastest strikes of any reptile.

I've actually had a conundrum regarding this photo for a couple years now. It's not a big deal but I've been hoping to find an answer. I posted this photo to both facebook and deviantart several years ago but two years ago I found it on google. A quick google search later and I found my photo had been being used on other sites across the world without my permission. Without knowing when it was spreading I know it's a long shot but is there any way I could get credit for my work being used this way? If not that's alright as it still serves my purposes of spreading awareness but if there is any way I can be credited at this point I'd love to hear it. If not it's not a big deal.

My posts won't always have this many comments from me don't worry but I forgot a key bit of information. The tentacles that give this snake their name are sensors help it to sense vibrations through the water.

I think mostly you would need to have a lawyer to send a letter to the places using it. Artwork stealing is crazy so sadly its really hard to stop that from happening.

Sadly I don't really have the money for a lawyer for any sort of legal action. I've added a watermark to it now but it's probably too little too late. At least it's still being used to educate it. None of the sites I've seen it on have it listed as another's property and the first appearance of it on google is a link to my deviantart post on it. I'll just use it as a learning experience and be happy that it's spreading awareness of the snake further than I ever could on my own. One of those sites using it is from the Middle East.
